We continue to strengthen our leadership structure with the addition of three outstanding women who are joining us voluntarily to contribute their experience, strategic vision, and dedication to serving the women’s business community.
These new appointments reinforce key areas of the organization: supporting the Board of Directors, developing memberships and enhancing the member experience, and strengthening our media presence through our institutional podcast.
Arantxa Jordán

Board Member
The Chamber welcomes Arantxa Jordán as a Board Member. Founder and managing partner of Yellowstone Consulting Group, a Miami-based firm focused on international trade and business development, Arantxa brings a solid track record advising companies on their expansion into the U.S. market.
A graduate in Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and with a Master’s degree in Private International Law, her experience encompasses regulatory matters, the import of consumer goods, and attracting foreign investment.
In her role on the Board, Arantxa will contribute to strengthening the internationalization strategy for women entrepreneurs and business leaders, consolidating key alliances and generating real growth opportunities for the Chamber community. Her voluntary participation reflects a deep commitment to the development of women entrepreneurs in the global environment.
María Gómez

Associate Director of Membership
The organization also announces the addition of María Gómez as Associate Director of Membership. With over 20 years of experience leading operations and teams in Latin America, María is an executive recognized for her focus on talent development, organizational culture, and excellence in customer experience.
Founder of Elevare Consulting MG and with a distinguished career at international companies such as Walmart, María will combine a strategic and deeply human perspective to strengthen the member experience, drive membership growth, and reinforce the Chamber’s value proposition.
Her voluntary leadership will be key to continuing to build a community of connected, supported, and empowered women leaders and entrepreneurs with access to concrete resources for their growth. Her dedication to service is reflected in her commitment to sustainable business transformation and the development of strong support networks.
Carolina Melo

Associate Director of the Chamber’s Podcast
Finally, the Chamber welcomes Carolina Melo as Associate Director of its Podcast. CEO of CM & Co. and former Editorial Producer at CNN, Carolina has over 20 years of experience in international media and has been awarded three Emmy Awards. A strategist in communication and multiplatform content creation, she has led flagship programs such as CNN Dinero, Café CNN, Actualidad en Vivo, and Encuentro (digital version), in addition to participating in the podcast “Las 5 Cosas” and leading high-level international coverage.
Her addition marks a new stage for the Chamber’s institutional podcast, which will solidify its position as a space to amplify the voices of women leaders and entrepreneurs, generate high-impact conversations, and showcase stories that inspire and transform. Through her volunteer work, Carolina contributes talent, vision, and a deep conviction about the power of storytelling to drive change and leadership.
With the arrival of Arantxa Jordán, María Gómez, and Carolina Melo, the U.S. Hispanic Women’s Chamber of Commerce reinforces its commitment to diverse, strategic, and service-oriented leadership, consolidating its mission to open economic opportunities, strengthen support networks, and elevate the impact of women in the business ecosystem of the United States and beyond.
