Welcome to the Tourism Committee of the U.S. Hispanic Women's Chamber of Commerce!

In collaboration with The Tourism Lab, we have created this space dedicated to promoting and supporting Hispanic women entrepreneurs in the vibrant tourism sector.

Our goal is to foster the growth and development of the tourism industry by providing a platform of resources, knowledge, and opportunities for women who want to excel in this dynamic industry.

Our Mission

The mission of the Tourism Committee of the U.S Hispanic Women’s Chamber of Commerce is to develop and implement initiatives that benefit women entrepreneurs in the tourism sector. Through our activities, we seek to:

Training and Education: Offer specialized educational and training programs in tourism, designed to improve the skills and competencies of women entrepreneurs.

Networking and Collaboration: Facilitate networking opportunities, allowing women entrepreneurs to connect with industry leaders, experts, and potential business partners.


Promotion and Visibility: Increase the visibility of women-led businesses in the tourism sector through marketing campaigns and participation in key events.

Support for Innovative Initiatives: Encourage innovation and the development of new ideas that can transform the tourism landscape, promoting sustainability and social responsibility.

Committee Leadership

The Tourism Committee of the U.S. Hispanic Women’s Chamber of Commerce is proudly led by Andrea Baigorria, a prominent professional in the tourism sector and founder of The Tourism Lab. In addition to being the chair of the Committee, Andrea is the CEO of The Tourism Lab, a company focused on strategy and business development in the hospitality and tourism sectors. 

With over 15 years of industry experience, Andrea has been a driving force in creating successful strategies and forming global partnerships. Her visionary approach and passion for empowering women in tourism have been instrumental in the growth and success of numerous initiatives. Under her leadership, pioneering projects have been developed that have revolutionized tourism, integrating advanced technology and sustainable practices. Andrea is a strong advocate for women’s professional development and works tirelessly to create opportunities that enable Hispanic women entrepreneurs to reach their full potential.
