FITUR 2026

Last week, we participated in FITUR, one of the most relevant international gatherings in the global tourism industry, which each year brings together leaders, destinations, companies, and organizations in a high-level strategic environment.

During this edition, the Chamber was represented by Andrea Baigorria, Director of the Chamber’s Tourism Committee and Founder of The Tourism Lab, who led key conversations with strategic players from the global tourism ecosystem.

Participation in FITUR made it possible to strengthen institutional relationships, exchange experiences with international leaders, and analyze the latest trends in tourism innovation, new travel formats, and destination positioning strategies. One of the main focuses of these conversations was cruise tourism, a fast-growing segment that represents significant opportunities for economic development and international collaboration.

Through its presence at FITUR Madrid, the Chamber reaffirms its commitment to fostering strategic alliances, promoting female participation in the tourism industry, and staying at the forefront of the changes redefining the future of tourism worldwide.

This international participation strengthens the role of the U.S. Hispanic Women’s Chamber of Commerce as an active bridge between markets, knowledge, and opportunities, connecting its community with the trends and conversations shaping the global tourism sector.
