The U.S. Hispanic Women’s Chamber of Commerce proudly celebrates and shares an initiative led by our member Alfonso Barral from Evermind Consulting: Camino de Santiago – Woman Executive Edition. This human development experience is specially designed for women in leadership looking to reconnect with themselves, regain clarity, and lead from a more conscious place.
In a fast-paced world where daily responsibilities, decisions, and pressures often lead us to live on autopilot, this experience proposes something deeply necessary: taking a real pause. A pause to listen, breathe, walk, reflect, and return to center.
From September 9th to September 17th, 2026, a small group of women will participate in a leadership immersion in Spain, walking approximately 120 kilometers along the Portuguese Route to Santiago de Compostela. More than just a physical journey, it will be an inner path supported by guided human development practices, strategic reflection, and personal connection.
The experience is designed for an exclusive cohort of a maximum of 10 participants, carefully selected to ensure depth, trust, and authentic connections. This intimate format will allow each woman to go through the process with close guidance, meaningful conversations, and a safe environment to look inward and share with other leaders who also shoulder major responsibilities.
The program includes a fully curated experience: selected boutique hotels, a dedicated facilitation team, coordination and guide services, 24/7 support, luggage transfers, ground assistance, and a human integration framework designed so that every step of the way has intention and purpose.
