Juan Alfonso is the President and Chief Operating Officer of CES Consultants. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Juan is a registered architect in Florida and other states. He has managed programs and projects totaling more than $36 billion in both public and private sectors across Latin America and the United States, particularly in South Florida. His expertise spans architecture, engineering, and project management, and he currently oversees operations and strategic planning for CES, which has offices in Miami, New York, New Jersey, Washington D.C., and Texas.
Lourdes Murillo, on the other hand, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of the United States of America and Director of its Mentorship Circle. With a strong background in industrial engineering and a postgraduate degree in finance, Lourdes is the CEO of Sing Talenter and has dedicated over 18 years to professional and organizational development, as well as talent management for Fortune 500 corporations in more than 18 countries. Her experience as a business consultant across various industries makes her an authoritative voice in talent and leadership.
