Hispanic Women’s Day 2026: leadership confirmed, a growing community

Six months ahead of its celebration, Hispanic Women’s Day 2026 is already taking shape with a clear narrative: this is not just an event, it is a platform for power, visibility, and connection for one of the most influential communities in the United States.

Following the official announcement in our previous newsletter, we now take it a step further by sharing with our community the first confirmed leaders and figures who will be part of this experience, one that continues to strengthen its institutional and business impact year after year.

Guests who represent real leadership
The 2026 edition will feature individuals who not only stand out in their industries, but also embody the spirit of this celebration: growth, resilience, and purpose-driven leadership.

Among the confirmed guests are:

  • Eileen Higgins, the first woman to serve as Mayor of the City of Miami, a key figure in the city’s economic development and international projection.
  • Sofía Niño de Rivera, recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year, an influential voice who has built a strong and disruptive personal brand.
  • Juan Alfonso, CEO of CES Consulting, honored as Gentleman of the Year and a benchmark in business leadership.
  • Christi Fraga, Mayor of the City of Doral, one of the most prominent political figures in South Florida and a symbol of female leadership in the public sector.
  • JC Álvarez, founder of JULUX and elite sponsor, representing the private sector’s commitment to community growth.
  • Yamilet Rivas, President and Founder of the Chamber, who continues to position this initiative as a movement with national impact.

And there is still one special guest yet to be revealed, setting the stage for a high-level experience that will continue to elevate the conversation.

More than an event: a positioning experience
October 2 in Miami will not be just another date on the calendar. It will be a space where the following converge:

  • Business leaders
  • Executives and decision-makers
  • Growing entrepreneurs
  • Strategic and institutional partners

This gathering has become an environment where connections turn into real opportunities, and where visibility translates into growth.

How to be part of this celebration
The U.S. Hispanic Women’s Chamber of Commerce extends an open invitation to the entire community to join this movement through:

  • Attending the event to experience high-impact, strategic networking

The true value: belonging
In an increasingly competitive business environment, the differentiator is not only what you do, but the ecosystem you belong to.

Hispanic Women’s Day represents exactly that:
a community that not only grows, but also recognizes, supports, and empowers one another.

To belong to this initiative is to be part of a network that understands leadership is not individual, but collective. That every story adds value. That every connection matters.

This 2026, the message is clear:
it’s not just about attending, it’s about being where the conversations shaping the future are happening.

Because when one woman moves forward, we all move forward.
And when a community unites with purpose, its impact multiplies exponentially.
