The General Manager of Addison House Furniture brings to our community a trajectory marked by operational excellence, approachable leadership, and people development.
Leading an organization in constant evolution for more than two decades demands more than just experience. It requires discipline, the ability to adapt, strategic vision, and, above all, the skill to build teams capable of growing alongside the business.
With that spirit, the U.S. Hispanic Women’s Commercial Chamber of Commerce celebrates the incorporation of Mary Tonelli as a new member.
For the last 23 years, Mary has developed a solid career at Addison House Furniture, a renowned company specializing in high-quality Italian furniture, where she currently serves as General Manager.
From this position, she leads a team of more than 100 collaborators and oversees strategic areas such as operations, budgets, international suppliers, inventory, logistics, and business growth.
A Comprehensive Vision of the Business
Mary’s experience has allowed her to know firsthand every element that sustains a high-level organization.
Managing complex operations, coordinating international suppliers, and maintaining high standards of service and quality requires a vision capable of integrating strategy and execution.
But for Mary, results do not depend solely on efficient processes or good planning. They also depend on the people who make every goal possible.
That conviction has defined her leadership style throughout the years.
Leadership That Listens Also Transforms
Mary distinguishes herself through a management style based on approachability, listening, and talent development.
Her ability to support teams, identify strengths, and maintain focus even in challenging scenarios has been fundamental in building a work culture where excellence is not separated from the human factor.
Throughout her career, she has learned that leading does not mean having all the answers, but knowing how to ask the right questions, making decisions with judgment, and creating the conditions for others to grow as well.
Perseverance, Adaptability, and Continuous Growth
More than two decades within the same organization also speak of evolution.
Mary has navigated market changes, new consumption models, operational transformations, and different stages of business growth, always maintaining an attitude of continuous learning.
Her career reflects an essential quality of modern leadership: the ability to adapt without losing clarity on the values that sustain an organization.
Discipline, perseverance, and commitment have been a constant part of that journey.
A Leadership Story That Also Includes Personal Life
Mary’s experience also demonstrates that a solid career is not built solely from the professional sphere.
Her story represents the permanent challenge of balancing leadership, family, and personal growth, understanding that each stage requires different priorities, decisions, and lessons.
Far from being separate paths, these dimensions have contributed to forming a more complete, conscious, and approachable leader.
A New Experience That Enriches Our Community
Mary’s arrival strengthens the Chamber with a valuable perspective on business management, operations, team leadership, and organizational growth.
Her experience represents precisely the type of knowledge we seek to connect within our community: lessons built over years of work, decisions, and real leadership.
Mary, welcome to the U.S. Hispanic Women’s Commercial Chamber of Commerce.
We celebrate your 23-year career, your business vision, and, especially, that philosophy that reminds us of something essential for any organization:
Great results are built with great teams.
