Journalist, businesswoman, and community leader, Rosana brings to our network a background that connects communication, entrepreneurship, and impact.
Some women build businesses. Others build stories. And some manage to do both to open opportunities, generate trust, and strengthen communities.
The U.S. Hispanic Women’s Commercial Chamber of Commerce celebrates the arrival of Rosana Araujo Giménez as a new member, welcoming into our community a voice with more than two decades of experience in Miami and a career marked by communication, entrepreneurship, and service.
A journalist, radio broadcaster, and graduate in Social Communication and Marketing, Rosana has successfully integrated two worlds that, although they may seem different, have a lot in common: telling stories capable of connecting people and building businesses capable of generating opportunities.
Giving a Voice to Stories That Deserve to Be Told
As the founder and director of “Entre Nos con Roxana,” Rosana has developed a space dedicated to giving visibility to stories of overcoming adversity, entrepreneurship, leadership, and transformation.
Through interviews and conversations, she has given a voice to business owners, professionals, and community leaders, with a special focus on the experiences of immigrant women who have had to reinvent themselves and start over in the United States.
Within each story lies something more than a personal experience. There are lessons, challenges, and paths that can serve as a reference for others who are also building their future.
That is precisely one of the great values of communication: making visible what might otherwise remain unknown and transforming an individual experience into collective inspiration.
From Telling Stories to Building Businesses
Rosana’s entrepreneurial side demonstrates the breadth of her leadership.
As CEO and president of Yarom Stones LLC, she leads a company specialized in the manufacturing and installation of natural stone and quartz surfaces for residential and commercial projects in Florida.
From this sector, she has built a company focused on quality, innovation, excellence in service, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Her experience shows that business leadership can take many forms and that the skills developed in communication—listening, understanding needs, building trust, and forging relationships—are also essential when managing an organization.
Communication Is Also Building
For Rosana, communicating does not simply mean transmitting information.
It means creating connections.
It means helping a story find an audience, giving visibility to an enterprise, and enabling a community to recognize itself through the experiences of those who comprise it.
That combination of communication and business makes her career an example of multidisciplinary leadership: a professional capable of speaking in front of a microphone, leading a company, and using both platforms to contribute to the growth of her community.
A New Voice Within Our Network
Rosana’s incorporation strengthens the diversity of experiences that form part of the Chamber.
Her expertise in communication, marketing, media, entrepreneurship, and business leadership will bring new perspectives and collaboration opportunities to our community of businesswomen, executives, and professionals.
Rosana, welcome to the U.S. Hispanic Women’s Commercial Chamber of Commerce.
We are proud to have you be a part of this network of women who lead with vision, share their stories, and use their experience to generate a positive impact.
Because when a woman finds her voice, she can transform her story. And when that voice connects with a community, it can transform many more. Become a member of the Chamber: https://camacom.org/camacom-join-page/
