In the business world, numbers may reveal a company’s status, but it is strategic vision that allows those results to be transformed into sustainable growth. It is with this perspective that our new member, Ninoska Suniaga, joins the U.S. Hispanic Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Ninoska is a Venezuelan economist, holder of an MBA in Finance, and a financial strategist with over three decades of international experience.
Throughout her career, Ninoska has guided financial transformation, strategic planning, and business optimization processes in over 12 countries across Latin America and the United States, leading initiatives that have successfully recovered more than $40 million for global corporations.
Her expertise combines financial analysis, executive leadership, working capital management, profitability, cash flow, and business expansion. Today, as the founder of her own Strategic Business & Financial Advisory firm, she advises entrepreneurs, CEOs, and growing companies seeking to make better decisions, strengthen their financial structure, and move toward more organized, profitable, and sustainable expansion.
Through services such as Fractional CFO, forecasting, cash flow optimization, profitability strategy, and strategic implementation, Ninoska brings a comprehensive vision to businesses that are already generating revenue but face key challenges in profitability, liquidity, organization, or growth.
Her story also reflects resilience, courage, and purpose. As a single mother, an immigrant, and a woman of faith, Ninoska represents those leaders who have turned challenges into momentum, demonstrating that financial leadership can also be exercised with humanity, vision, and commitment.
For the Chamber, her arrival strengthens our community with an expert voice in strategy, finance, and business growth.
Ninoska, welcome to our Chamber. We celebrate your track record, your leadership, and your commitment to helping more entrepreneurs and female leaders grow with purpose, financial clarity, and sustainable results.
